Q: How do I get a space in the show?
A: You simply need to call the show manager of the show
of interest and he or she will get you a spot in the show.

Q: Can I sell food at the show?
A: All buildings have different rules & regulations
regarding the sale of food and what kinds of food can be sold in the
buildings. For more information please contact the show manager.

Q: Can I bring balloons to the show?
A: All buildings have different rules & regulations
regarding the display of helium balloons. For more information please
contact the show manager.

Q: Can I drive into the building for loading?
A: Most buildings that RJ Promotions promote in are
drive in facilities; please contact your show manager for more details.

Q: Can I ship my booth to the show?
A: Yes, you can ship your booths and product to the
building. Please contact your show manager for the details.

Q: Can I bring in my own table and chairs?
A: You may always bring in your own tables and chairs.

Q: How do I get electricity, water, internet, etc.?
A: In most instances the facility and or the decorator
of the show handle these utilities.

Q: When do I get exhibitor badges?
A: You will receive your name badges upon checking in
with the RJ show office during move in prior to the show.

Q: When is my balance due?
A: The balance due on the show you purchase is due no
later than 60 days prior to the show.

Q: What is the hotel of choice in the market?
A: The RJ preferred hotel will be sent to you in your
move in packet which will be mailed to you no later than 30 days prior
to the show.

Q: How do I schedule a move in time?
A: To schedule a move in time contact your show manager
so they may get you in at the perfect time.

Q: Can I burn an open flame in the building?
A: Most buildings in which RJ Promotions participates
in do not allow open flames in the building.
